It’s Flat

The Londoner is a controversial human being that tends to break traditional structures in order to fail often on its intention, ending up creating a new structure. New structure is added to the previous one. Many of us think that London start to look stifled, other might think that London is just enriching itself. I believe that continuous juxtaposition of structures can be called “urban texture”.
That’s the same kind of texture that I try to reflect within my artworks.

London is a city that never came to terms with its own identity. London is a metropolitan reality in constant evolution.
Nothing stays the same in London. London became a city trapped within anxiety. Anxiety recalls our memories and we constantly look back to the recent past like it was ancient history. Then we got nostalgic, inverting the factors through preserving the recent past. London looks at the industrial archeology like the new architectural trend, it became the gate between present and future, being able to retrieve beauty and culture in everything, from an old Victorian factory to an abandoned Pub.
